We also hand-pick and post every order carefully. Whilst we maintan a high standard when ensuring your new wallet is perfect, we are subject to human error.

So we also gladly offer returns on faulty, defective or damaged products in line with our 'Quality Assurance Guarantee'.

Our reinforced aluminium frame is designed to hold and protect 5-6 of your most used cards. Before we hand pick and post each wallet we test this function to ensure it works as intended. It's recommended to load 6 cards unless you plan on storing multiple bank/credit cards.

These cards are slightly thicker due to text and number engraving and can result in forceful flicking, ultimately leading to a damaged wallet. Please load no more than 5 cards in this situation in order to avoid damage to the flicking mechanism.
