At HS Kompact, we pride ourselves on providing great quality products every time. We searched long and hard for a reputable manufacturing team, and our prototype development phase was extensive and critical.
We guarantee that your purchase will arrive in a brand new, functioning condition or we will replace it at our own cost. We also guarantee it for 6 months post-purchase, except in cases of unreasonable damage or card overloading.
When it comes to warranty, we asses this on a case-by-case basis in order to uphold a high-quality assurance that is specific to each situation.
Please note damage to the slide-mechanism as a result of overloading cards will not be covered by our warranty.
Warranty Claim:
HS Kompact Six Month Manufacturer’s Warranty Terms and Conditions:
This product contains a warranty against defects in material and construction (where sold in manufacturer’s condition) (Warranty). Any claim under this Warranty must be made within 6 months of the date of purchase of the product. This Warranty is given by HS Kompact Pty Ltd of PO Box 1068, Windsor, Vic 3181, contactable by email on hello@hskompact.com.au (Australia) or hello@hskompact.co.nz (New Zealand).
To make a claim under the Warranty you must present the product, together with proof of purchase or issue, to us via email directly within 6 months of your delivery date. If the product is defective and does meet the Warranty, you will be provided with a replacement product. No refunds will be given.
This Warranty will not apply to products that have been misused, or used in a manner contrary to the purpose or suitability of the product. Forms of misuse may include, but are not limited to excessive, rough use or card overloading in the slide-frame. The product may be considered not suitable for purpose, and the Warranty may not apply, where the product was incorrectly used or subject to excessive wear and tear.
This Warranty is provided in addition to other rights and remedies you have under law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to have the goods replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality upon receival.
