Our reinforced aluminium frame is designed to hold and protect 5-6 of your most used cards. Before we hand pick and post each wallet we test this function to ensure it works as intended. It's recommended to load 6 cards unless you plan on storing multiple bank/credit cards.
These cards are slightly thicker due to text and number engraving and can result in forceful flicking, ultimately leading to a damaged wallet. Please load no more than 5 cards in this situation in order to avoid damage to the flicking mechanism.

Very disappointed with my purchase . The mechanism is poorly designed so when using all the card holding slots it struggles to bring a card up

Sorry to hear of the issue with your wallet. To be honest, I'm surprised and saddened to hear that your card-ejector isn't working as it should.
I want to help rectify this, as you may have received a faulty product. Are you able to send a quick video to hello@hskompact.com.au so we can take a look at what's occuring?
We pride ourselves on a great quality range which have been tried-and-tested with years of quality control procedures in place. Remember to only store a maximum of six cards in the frame, otherwise it may place too much pressure on the ejector slide.

I am very happy with my purchase of the stacker it holds all my cards and after a short time i am very comfortable with it's use
I had a single Kompact wallet. It diidn't quite meet my need.
I have a number of health card I need with me. The double Kompact is not much larger than the single but certainly meets what I require and a coouple of spaces left.
